winnt repaired, startup programs gone.

Comment: I had to use the repair function on winnt workstation not long ago because it got all
fu!ked up. Now everything works well but a couple of startup programs are gone, they are still present but don't load at start up. How can I get them back, reversing to a previous registry is not an option. The profiles are still intact.
Please help.
