Win NT is not designed to work on FAT32.

It is not designed to work with it but it will with this driver. http://www.sysinternals.com/fat32.htm

i guess not alot of people know about the sysinternal's driver. if you actually buy the software, you can write to fat32 with winnt. pretty cool for those who dual boot.
