I just want to know that why winnt doesnt support FAT32 rather it supports NTFS fully??????

Maybe because FAT32 didn't exist when NT came out?

There are some commercial packages available from sysinternals.com that allow to access NTFS partitions from DOS or Win98 and conversely FAT32 partitions from WinNT.

Trial versions may be downloaded, but limited to read only access rights.
