seems like the minimum requirement for windows nt 3.51 is a 486 dx with 16 mb memory and 200mb hard drive.
I don't know what Microsoft claims for minimum requirements.
After applying service pack 5, I was able to run office 97 on this OS. Otherwise, it wouldn't want to run any other 32 bit app such as Internet Explorer or Netscape. I had to use Windows 3.1 versions of these browsers.
I think you are better off getting a pentium pc with 32 mb memory and windows NT 4.0. That is unless you are administering a bunch of old pc's
