As soon as I am logged into windows NT, the PC reboots.
I went in the logs and could find nothing.
Could that be a Software or hardware issue?? If it's hardware, could it be RAM?HD?

From the command prompt type drwtsn32 and check the crash log file for any suspect apps. If you don't see anything then I would suspect RAM.

could be RAM or any hardware or bad driver. You've given no history - presume machine not always like this. Did you add/remove hardware/software shortly before this started happening?

In the menatime - if > 1 stick RAM, try each on its own. Disconnect 'unnecessary hardware' (sound/network/modem cards, CD/DVD drives etc to see if it works without them connected.
