Windows NT4 Error Message

I am receiving the following error message daily on my NT4 Server.

can anyone please advise as to why this is occuring and how to solve it, thanks

ERROR MESSAGE

The instruction at "0x73dd3a2b" referenced memory at "0x0016a8a5". The memory could not be "read"

click ok to terminate the application

Hi Geetech nice to meet you !
Check event logs to see what application or driver issue this exception, than try to reinstall or fix it.
