Windows NT Workstation - Scheduled Tasks

Comment:
On some of our workstations the Scheduled Tasks program is installed and on other workstations it is not. How do you install Scheduled Tasks on a Windows NT workstation? Or better yet why is it missing? Need some help on getting this installed. Thanks.
