Windows NT Workstation access

Hello Recently we have changed the name of our domain. Installed new servers and so on. The problem is that one of our IT supporters instead of changing the domain at a workstation changed it to a workgroup. Since then the computer won't log on the network. The problem is that the local Administrator password does not work. We are able to copy the data from that harddisk, but that is a machine for digital video editing which has been undergoing a lot of tweaking and configuration. I would like to know if it is possible to somehow reset the Administrator password. The machine is running Windows NT 4.0 Workstation Service Pack 3.0a and encryption has not been activated (syskey)

Remember there might be two administrator passwords the domain admin and the local admin. Connect to the client with the local admin password , change workgroup to domain, add machine to domain ( use domain admin here) and reboot and log on to the domain
