I can ping the printer on my network but cannot print a test page? Please help
Is your network printer supported by NT/4.0 and did you install the required driver (if any exists) on your computer? You can ping the network printer though it is not supported by NT/4.0 since TCP/IP has nothing to do with spooling services and printing operations.
