A few days ago my during a full backup the backup server crashed midway. Ever since then my WIndows NT as been bugered. When you try to open anything it takes litterly for ever. Upto 30 mins sometimes, just to open explorer or control panel or any executable. I've reinstalled SP6a, which took 3 days to do. And that didn't change anything. If you have any Ideas. Oh I've installed a second copy of NT server on the same machine. (Dual BOOT) and the second one works fine, so I know it's not hardware related. Thanks'

Start by reappling service pack 6a. Perhaps some file have gotten corrupted and need a refresh. Run chkdsk /f at a cmd prompt and reboot the server so it runs.
You are defragging the drive regularly right?
Looked at event viewer for errors?
