Windows NT 4.0 Service fails

Comment:
I have Windows NT 4.0 Workstation with service pack 6a installed. Every time I start up I receive an error message that a service failed to start up. A review of Event Viewer shows that the ONSIO service failed to start because the file it was searching for could not be found. I have never heard of the ONSIO service nor have I been able to find anything in any of the technical websites about it, including Microsoft's TechNet site. I have reloaded NT Workstation several times but this does not solve the problem. How do I fix this problem???

this is one way but kinda risky.. if you know for sure your sys dosnt require that service to run then just go into control panel, under divices, open onsoi and disable it. That will stop it from loading and should get rid of that msg.
