I have a problem here:
I TRIED EVERYTHING! But I still can't get Windows NT 3.51 setup to recognize my emulated SCSI hard-disk. I also tried formating it beforehand, using an IDE interface instead, but still NO NT! Can somebody help me out there? I am using VMware Workstation 5 on a Windows 2000 PC.
Actually, VMware emulates a BusLogic SCSI adapter that Windows NT 3.51 setup recognizes. Even so, it's still not working. Should I install Windows 3.1 first then install NT 3.51?
Hi you need to install a running dos system with cd-rom support than you can start the install from there !! with winnt /x you can start the install without creating the floppies, if you have the 3 install disks winnt is located on your cdrom under i386
