I have a 2Comp. running win98 and networking through ethernet/netbui, I have just installed Win nt4 on a new comp but when trying to map
or explore the NT4 disks it asks for "Enter Network Password" but I have not assigned any passwords and have set the shares to everyone full access, any help appreciated, :)

You can have EVERYONE set to full access, but NT will still want to authenicate the user trying to access the resource over the LAN. That's part of the security in NT. Just make a user account for the users that log onto the Win98 boxes in NT's User Manager. If you're not using USER name and Password on your Win98 boxes, you'll have to start.
