WIN NT Format C

The laptop (old) is accessed by password on the SafeBoot Security System and is administrator controlled (I have no contacts with the admin) Cannot access the registry and some other control functions but BIOS access is OK. There is no built in floppy or CD ROM - I have an external CD Rom.
I want to Format C, delete all previous data from the hard drive and install XP.

I have the same problem I bought a computer from a company that went out of buisness and it has win nt and I just want to reformat and install xp but can't seem to figure out how to format the hard drive could anyone help please?
