I don't know which is the maker of my video card for what I don't know which driver to install, How can I know that without having to open the computer.. sorry for my english..

When you do a cold start the video card bios usually flashes on the screen. You can try utilities like cpuid [find on the web] and others which will tell you stats about your hardware.

or u could go into control panel> system> hardware tab> device manager tab...
