Is there a problem with using W2K-Pro (or even XP-Pro)? You should be able tie-in to any NT system without problems from either OS - if so needed? Many (perhaps all?) NT apps will run OK under W2K/XP, so you may/should be able to install then via W2K/XP?
I have W2K-Pro running Office-97 ('9x/NT compliant) without problems...; can reasonably presume that it will also run OK under XP-Pro (which I also have installed).
