I loaded Windows NT Server 4.0 on my computer and everything works great, except I can't see my Floppy. In the Control Panel: Devices: folder, Floppy is set up as a System, but it doesn't start. Help!

Does "...loaded Windows NT Server 4.0..." mean "...installed Windows NT Server..."
What operating system(s) were installed before you installed NT Server?
Did you install any hardware or software just before the floppy controller stopped working?
Have you applied any service packs?
Sounds like you've got a resource conflict. (E.g. more than one device is trying to use the same IRQ, or DMA, or I/O assignments)
Try temporarily disabling one device at a time and see if the floppy functionality is restored after you reboot. Control Panel ->
System -> Devices. When you find the list of devices it looks like a directory tree. And when you right-click on the branch for a specific device it brings up a configuration window for the properties of that device. Sometimes all you need to do is restore the default configuration, sometimes you need to select something like "configuration #00009," and sometimes you have to play with the individual value settings. If this doesn't do the trick you're going to have to reinstall the floppy controller driver.
I've tried to be as explicit as possible, but the machine I'm working on here at the office has Windows 2000 installed. My NT machine is at home, and I'm working from memory.
If you can't find your way to the device controller utility, use HELP and type in "drivers"
