Where do I locate pictureviewer.exe

Several e-mails, games, and nimbda virus controls will not open when I click on them, I get the message cannot find pictureviewer.exe. I have a Windows 2000 pro OS. PLEASE HELP> where do I find it?

PictureViewier is part of QuickTIme I believe. Install QT to use it, or associate another picture viewer with picture files. You may want to check for viruses also..
