what are msplogs in windows NT4

can anyone tell me what are MSPLOGS in windows NT 4, this folder is keep on increasing my disk space some NOTEPADS are there in this folder, can i delete all those NOTEPADS to gain some space on my disk ?

They're logs from the proxy server - you should be able to delete them with no problem, but the system will keep creating new ones.
