Weird Printing Problem from Outlook

Printer A was at the end of its life so we replaced it with new Printer B. Now when the user from that department print from Outlook they get a problem. Problem is, if they preview an email, right click on the senders name and Print, it prints fine. If they open the email and hit Print, it tries to print to Printer A which is no longer installed on the PC at all. Printing works fine from everything else (Word etc). Outlook is the only one having the problem. Any help would be great. Thanks

Whilst in Outlook go to File->Print and make sure that the correct default printer is set.
If still no joy it might be worth trying deleting the users email profile via Control Panel->mail and recreating it.

In that case I would definitely go for deleting the user profile via Control Panel and creating a new one. Doing this has been know to clear up many Outlook mysteries.
