Comment:

In my system log in event viewer I keep getting W3SVC errors (event id: 100) over and over almost every second and this can go on for hours and it really slows down my server and uses up resources. I am using Outlook Web Access so remote users can login to the exchange server. I can duplicate these errors by going into my Outlook Web Access Page and logging in incorrectly. So I don't know if someone is trying to hack into my mail system or if there is something wrong on my WinNT machine.

We are experincing the same problems, we just recently upgraded our servers to Windows 2000, Two of our servers have a parent-child relationship. The server that is the child receives the error in the event viewer: W3SVC errors (event id: 100). Anyone know what might be causing this on the Windows 2000. thanks
