Im having a problem with my computer finding my scanner. I checked the usb and the drivers and all seem to be working. Any one have any suggestions.

Wrong forum, this is for NT4.
You should uninstall any drivers for the scanner, unplug the acsnner and reboot the PC. Once Windows is up and running you should then plug the scanner in at which point windows will detect the USB device install the drivers at that point.
