Has anyone experienced this before?

April 3: On 3 NT 4.0 SP6 workstations running Office97 SR2, any documents opened in Excel or Word would not display text, but background displayed OK (borders, shading, etc.) Outlook's appointments and tasks existed, but text was MIA.

April 4: Another user's running programs did not display, but were listed and running OK in Task Manager. More users experiencing same as yesterday with Word and Excel.

My first guess would be that this is a virus, but scanned all with Trend's newest pattern files.

Any suggestions out there?
