Virus software for server

I have a client who has just installed Norton AV 2001 on all of their desktops, but didn't get any software for their NT server. Since they don't have the server connected to the internet (each client machine has it's own connection to the building's share T1 services) I'm wondering now what kind of virus protection to buy for the server? If it's not connected to the internet itself, would it do any harm to just make sure the desktops are protected properly? Also, if the server isn't connected to the internet, would I be able to do regular updates - seeing as updates are usually conducted in an ASP fashion now? Obviously, they're not going for the Network package solution, so what next?

Any advice?

Go ahead and use Norton there, too.

You'll have to manually download the updates and move them to the server, but you can download them onto three floppies.
