Does Windows NT 4.0 server really need a Virus Protection software? My understanding is that NTFS file system can never be affected by Virus or Worm since NTFS has user rights. Do I really need to be worry about installing Anti Virus Software on Windows NT 4.0 Server in Corporate Enviroment. Does Mcafee or Nortan Provide Software for Windown NT 4.0 Server?
Is there any other Anti virus for Windows NT 4.0 Server other than Mcafee and Nortan?

You do need to install Anti Virus software on your NT server. It can be affected in just the same way as any PC or server.
There are a number of different companies out there who provide virus protection software but Norton and McAfee are the most widely known.

Kashif, your understanding is incorrect. Any system is vulnurable to virus infection.
If you're running in a workplace environment, Norton Anti-Virus Corporate Edition is a good choice.

Kashif, Any NTFS partition can be infected just as easily as any FAT or FAT32 can. You might not necessarily need to install any antivirus on it, it depends on how it is used. I only install AV on pc's that connect to the web, require any removable disk reads, or have any folders shared.
