Please help:

1. After splash screen, Windows blackout - CPU has activity but we cannot see it.
2. Safe Mode - we see problem as 'video driver fails to initialize' and then dumps - blackout again.

Please, how do we reinstall o fix a driver (which is not in the system CD and the software's CD is not bootable) if we cannot see what is happening. We tried booting from CD but 'Repair' does not work and produces the same problem.

Is there a way around it aside from reinstalling Windows NT/2000? Is it possible that its a hardware problem?

Please help, very urgent! Thanks
