I have found .BL3, .DBC, .DBF, .EES, .ES2 and .EST files in my computer. Does anyone know what these are and can I delete them? They don't have a opening program associated with them.

A majority of files don't have a program associated with opening them. The .dbf is a database file usually.
I would highly recommend you don't delete files unless you know for sure the folder they are in is not required or you are sure you don't need them.
Delete the wrong files and your system/apps are toast.
