users cannot view other users print jobs in queue

I have some users (win98se) that cannot see other users print jobs in the print queue (nt print server) only their own. Others can. Any ideas

I think its permission based isn't it? Check which groups people are in - you'll probably find the people who can see the whole lot are members of the print admin group or something similar (I think power users have printer queue access too.

They are all in the same group. I just got an email from her saying that now she can see them. I'm sure there was a problem cause she checked other peoples pc and saw many print jobs when she had the problem. I think it comes and goes...strange isn't it?
