Ive setup a backup domain controller using NT4.0 server, and then added a
website, identical in Internet server manager to my primary domain whichs runs
my ISP flawlessly, when I go to that website via IP, (domain isn't regestered yet)
it pops up the user name and password, andor domain, depending on how I change
the password authentication method in servce properties of internet service
manager. It is identical to my main domain in all settings and works only if you
enter the username and password, which is not right.
I don't want nor can have the username and password prompt the world when they
access this site.

Set the directory permissions on the
wwwroot directory to allow the internet
guest account iusr_
to have read access over the files and
directories in wwwroot and lower
subdirectories
