When I logon to File server below message comes up. "Initialization of teh dynamic link library C:\WINNT\system32\USER32.dll failed. The process is teminiating abnormally." I can not open any Icon on the Control panel. Please help asap.

Re-install your Service Pack. Check your event log for errors. Your User32.dll might be corrupt.

Could be that you have to increase the desktopheap size in the registry. I had the same prob, after a server was running for a week. had to reboot, and it would run for about a week again. increased the value, problem solved.
the key is:hkey-local-machine\system\currentcontrolset\control\session manager\subsystems\windows there's a 'sharedsection=1024, 3072' in there. change it to 'sharedsection=1024, 3072, 512' If it does not work increase the 512 value(1024, 0f 1536 and so on)
