user shared folder is denied (using SBS)

i'm using small business server (SBS), the problem is when i want to control user access to shared folders (using wizard) and there is message "access is denied" followed by "Permission information to the shared folder John is unavailable" and some user can't access their folder thru network. Somebody pls help me..thanks..

Have you tried to take ownership of the folders then check and set the permissions?
