User Proof NT Logon Scripts

Does anyone know commands I could use to write a logon script that users either

1) Cannot see (hence won't try and close)
or
2) Will not accept users trying to close the window

My main problem being that if I implement a logon script for my users at the moment the majority of users will just shut the window down
