I know that MS has no plans to make NT4 USB compatible but I have heard rumors about 3rd party drivers. Now, is this true? Does anyone know where it can be had or is it just an urban legend?

hmm - urban legend sounds about right. NT's Kernel doesn't allow for USB as it conflicts with other kernal activities, such as the HAL

USB is not all a myth! I have a USB zip drive, and Iomega came out with drivers that is supported under Winnt.

There are actually several 3rd party products out there that actually plugs in USB to Win NT 4.
