I know that there is some kind of batch script that can do it for you. Also there are some software programs that can do it.
Where to find them? I don't know. Try www.zdnet.com

It means that you can answer all the installationquestions in a textfile, and then give the textfile as a parameter to the NT-installation command (WINNT). Take a cup of coffe and see the installation finish itself.
