Unable to reboot NT after I do Repair option in NT CD-Rom

Since I cannot install TCP/IP in NT 4.0. The computer prompt me it cannot load library of rascfg.dll. I also want to install RAS and Dialup network. The computer again prompt me for the dll.
Then I use the NT CD-ROM upgrade option, following the Repair option. After the above processes, NT can boot to the login screen(the screen "Press Ctl-Alt-Del" to login) .
BUT, after a few second, the computer reboot again itslf. Since then, it loop to show login screen and reboot itself again and again.

Pls give help! Thank you very much!

can you scrap the installation - using a DOS or win98 boot disk - to run FDISK and delete the partition, then rerun the installation.

Dear sir,

I am the author of the problem.
I must restore the HD , so that I can get back my important documents! So, I think reinstallation is not good.(sorry).
