Unable to access exchange server email using netscape communicator

I am having a issue with user that try to connect to their exchange email account from a Netscape Communicator browser. The user are able to access their account from Internet Exployer fine just not from Netscape. The exchange server is a Windows 2000 machines running IIS5 and Exchange Server 5.5. Netscape Communicator version is 4.7 and Internet Exployer is 5.5.

This is a issue with OWA. IMS is configured on the exchange server. The issue is when a user tries to log on using netscape it returns a "Authorization failed. Retry?". The same user is able to access their exchange account from OWA using Internet Explorer.
