Hi, I'm looking for some advice on how I could install two network cards on an NT workstation. One card is already hooked to an existing token ring network, I also have to get an Ethernet card installed in the users computer (so she can share folders with two win95 based machines)... I'm very sceptic about this, is there a proper way to have a setup working here???

Two network cards is no problem under windows nt 4.0, if you think about two things. 1. hardware setup (IRQ and memory settings) 2. The cards can not be on the same ip network under NT, they must be connected to a different network address. Otherwise NT makes a selection what card will be selected and you can find a message in the event viewer.
