Hi all and thanks in advance for the help. I have acquired an older computer from work and am trying to reformat it and also change the OS from NT to XP. I am able to reformat all of the drives except for C. I get an error, "cannot lock current drive" any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You cannot reformat a drive while windows is loaded. If you have the XP CD boot to the CD. During installation when it asks you which partition to install to, delete all existing parititons, then install XP.
