Trident CyberBlade i1 Video Drivers for NT4

Greetings.
Would like to run NT4 on my new Compaq Presario 1600XL-145. Unable to get video to work properly. Can only get the default VGA adapter and 16 colors to work and the screen looks terrible. Compaq indicates that it does not support NT on its Presario line... Trident indicates that you must contact the OEM for drivers specific to the model of the PC you have... Hmmm, Catch 22. Have tried several different drivers to no avail.

Anyone out there in the same boat?
Laptop is Presario 1600XL-145.
NT4 w/ SP5.
Video is Trident CyberBlade i1

Works fine with Windows98. Any thoughts toward Win 2K?

I need to run WinNT4 on my new Compaq Presario 1600XL-147. I do not have display driver for the same. Display type information or the driver which Win98 uses is Trident i1 AGP 51.
Laptop is Presario 1600XL-147.
NT4 w/ SP5.
Video is Trident CyberBlade i1 AGP51

Works fine with Windows98. Any source for display driver of WinNT

I have been searching every site for this driver. I don't appreciate Compaq indicating that they won't support NT on the 1600 XL - 145 notebook - it operates fine and Microsoft indicates that the driver exists:Version 4.83035 / 4.00.1381.0092 but that you need to contact the OEM. What's the story with this - great support!!!
Look forward to hearing from anyone who has a resolution to this.

I need WinNT4 on my Compaq Presario 1200. I do not have display driver for the same. Display type information or the driver which Win98 uses is Trident i1 AGP 51.
Laptop is Presario 12XL-512.
NT4 w/ SP5.
Video is Trident Acaclator CyberBlade i1 AGP51
