What would be the best way to transfer all files from NT 4.0 Server to a workstation and be able to access all the programs on the workstation. The Server has 4 hard drives and the workstation only one.

All I can think of is :
all server drives have a secret share, so connect each drive to your workstation and copy the files.

If your are administrator on your workstation do the following, Map your servers Hard disks like so: select Map network drive and type \\servername\c$ (c is your disk drive)

Hope this helps
