Hi all,
I'm trying to sync my Win2k Pro PC clock to a WinNT Server in the same LAN. The problem is I can't update W32Time Service in WinNT server because there are other system in the LAN is using the TimeServ from this server.
Question:
How can I sync my Win2K Pro PC to my WinNT Server?
Are there other free third party software that allow such time sync between the 2 systems?

Ever think of doing a net time \\servername /set in a logon script?
But I am wondering. Have you tried the w32tm command? Type w32tm /? at a command prompt on the workstation. You can specify the source for timesync.

Dear Wanderer,
Yes I did try Net time and W32Time and it did not work,
I found out that I have to replace Timeserv util. in my WinNT server to W32Time for it to work. But my problem is that there are other WinNT Clients in the same network that are using this TimeServer util from this same WinNT server. Hence, I can't update to W32time.
Are there other suggestion?
Thanks.
Gary

We are using Network Time System server-client software on the network, it is very accurate and easy to use
