I keep getting the erroe mesg when I try to double click on files like Word docs and Pdf files :
'The WINSPOOL.DRV file is linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL:NtFsControlFile'
This happened after I installed a dual boot system with Win95 and Windows NT 4.0. How do I resolve the situation?

There is an error when trying to put CD Rom into the computer. Needs service Pack 3, but when service pack was installed it said HOTFIX.exe file is linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL: NtAdjustPrivilegesToken. What can be done?
