Temporary Internet folders in my users Roaming Profiles

Hi, I have a problem with Temporary Internet files building up in my users NT$ Roaming profiles.
How can I get rid of them ? Either through a registry setting or an edit to the logon script.
All the setting in IE4 etc are useless they still build up in the profiles making them, huge
I am having the same problem. I can't change our global IE settings until the next quarter. Until then we wanted to create a batch file to go in and delete the files from the temporary internet files directory, but it won't work. Does anybody have any suggestions?
