Hi!
i have a problem in passing parameters to telnet client on windows NT
i want to use something like (telnet://address:port/ username/password)
because of security reason.

Is it possible to pass parametere like login and password to telnet command.
any documents on web or any pointer's to that.

Thanx in advance for all kind of pointer's

You can do telnet://userid:passwd@domainname:portnumber

This only applies to HTTP tho. Far as Im aware the basic Windows telnet client does nothing very special at all

Nah, The basic Windows telnet client is just that - Basic!
However, a lot of third party telnet clients allow automatic passing of login and password info as part of the logon proccess.
