TCP/IP protocol: how to install drivers

Hello.
I had problems with my machine. When restoring my NT system, I notice that there is no CD-ROM device detected.
I want to transfer my data from my NT to another machine, and I want to install TCP-IP drivers.
But Windows NT ask me for the CD-ROM. So I have two questions:
1) Where can I make NT detect my CD-ROM? 2) If not possible, how can I install TCP/IP drivers in order to connect my NT with my LAN? (via floppy disks?)
I would be extremely obliged if anybody could help me.

Yes. With floppy disks.
Shall I do it with CD-ROM? I was adviced to perform it via floppy disks...
By the way, thank you very much.

Francesco, I just installed WinNT4 on one of my boxes & had the same problem (no CD access). If your motherboard has a VIA chipset, installing the VIA 4-in-1 drivers might cure the problem. It worked for me.
