taskkill command eaquivalent

I'm using the taskkill command to end processes in WINXP, but they don't work on WINNT and WIN2K machines. Whats the taskkill equivalent command for WINNT and WIN2k?
I don't know about 2K, maybe this one work in 2K also. The full NT4 RK is not free but i saw it on ebay yesteday for $1.

Thanks, You're right Kill in the RK for NT works, but I ended up going with PStool's PSKill as it works across all Win OS's and can be used to kill processes on remote systems. Cheers C
