Taskbar nearly disappeared.

In one of our Windows NT accounts, the Taskbar nearly appears, as if the size of the desktop was greater than the window. I changed the window size, and the problem persists, also when changing the Taskbar options, there is no difference. When loging in with other account, the taskbar is normal. Do you know which is the file that contains this size information? Thank you much in advance.

Veronica, Try this, it sounds like a desktop appearence change from one user to another. If you put the mouse pointer down to it, and you see 2 dash marks instead of the arrow, grab it and pull up on it. The only other thing it could be is the video display settings are different, match these to the other user and it should appear the same. (Refresh rate, Desktop area etc.)

If that fails, try logging onto the system as an admin, and delete the user's profile. That will force a new profile to be created, and the default settings will be used.
Use caution not to lose everything they've got on the desktop, and in the personal files, though.
