If it blue screens everytime you start the computer try hitting F8 for advanced start up options and select Safe Mode. If it starts under Safe Mode most likely you installed something that is crashing the computer and it will need to be uninstalled in Safe Mode.
If it doesn't boot up under safe mode your OS is hosed and you will have to get your Win2k disk and try the repair OS option first. If that doesn't work you will need to reinstall the OS.
