I wanna spy some user activities, this will help me to know who is messing up their computers, do someone know about a utility that help me to do this?, i wanna watch what a user is doing in his own work station from mine.

There are too many utilities to list...

Netspy
PCAnywhere (the user will know they are being watched)

and a really neat one...SAM

The last one records all keyboard strokes into a log file
