Shutdown NT 4 from the command line

Is there any command to shutdown NT 4.0 at the command promt?

There is some freeware from

www.sysinternals.com

that will allow you to do this. The suite is called pstools and in it is a utility called

psshutdown which allows you to do this to both local and remote machines
